Responsibilities:
As Content Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, target audience and brand identity.
- Drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation through strategic content marketing.
- Create and manage the editorial calendar to generate and deliver timely content.
- Create and distribute high-quality and compelling content across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with the company’s style guide and voice across all content deliverables.
- Manage and maintain content repositories, including CMS, and ensure content is organized and easily accessible for future use.
- Research industry trends, market insights and competitor analysis to inform content development and identify opportunities.
- Spearhead efforts to gather and present information that’s relevant to the company’s web-based content.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers and other stakeholders to oversee the content creation of visually appealing and multimedia-rich assets.
- Work with the marketing team to understand the company’s brand identity, target audience and key messaging.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify content opportunities, conduct market research and create engaging and informative content that resonates with the target audience.
- Track web analytics to determine engagement levels of content.

Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Content Manager, Content Strategist or similar role.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related disciplines such as Graphic Design, Fine Arts.
