Job Description:
Looking for experienced Program Managers to lead, organize and coordinate 6Simplex’s multi-disciplinary projects and provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers throughout the project’s life cycle.
Responsibilities:
At 6Simplex, a Program Manager will be responsible for
- Partnering with software development teams and working through entire product cycle as advocate for customers
- Understanding customer problems, needs and requirements
- Studying competitors products, strengths and weaknesses
- Documenting findings in a manner that makes the documents readable and understandable to technical teams
- Continuously tracking product development progress, performance, quality and usability vis-a-vis customer needs and finding ways to improve things
- Ensuring timely product completion and delivery/availability to customers
- Evangelizing 6Simplex products, organizing and managing product promotion events, demonstrations and exhibitions
- Coordinating cross-project activities, providing guidance on common goals
- Applying change, risk and resource management techniques to ensure smooth delivery of products to customers

4+ years as a Program Manager
